Biography: Full Professor (Information Management) with working experience in the ICT sector (SME). Initiated and led different models of university-business collaboration. Participated in many software development projects as a business analyst. Experienced in evaluations of project proposals in national and international calls targeting HEIs, SMEs, and startups.

Research interests in Business Process Management, Business Intelligence, and Educational Management.
