Building skills is an essential component of any entrepreneurial environment. The Capacity2Transform approach is to use local resources as much as possible, use e-learning to build personal competences, or use an international network pool to borrow skills and competencies required for support action, and take advantage of any opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge. The Capacity2Transform platform encourages the sharing of knowledge among peers and among different stakeholders. In light of this, the Capacity2Transform supported upskilling program usually follows the next workflow:
Define the program general topics and develop general stakeholder description
Identify the target group's immediate needs and create a list of stakeholders that can support the program and benefit from knowledge transfer
Design the program content with the support of activity category list
Identify missing competences and devise a way to borrow it or develop it
Be sure to include co-creating sessions combining various target groups
