Biography: Silvia M. Carolo is Research Fellow at IUAV University as part of the C2T Project. She holds a MA degree in Cultural Management (2016) and has a background in art history and Museum Studies.

She currently carries out consultancy and research activities, collaborating with companies and start-ups, cultural and creative industries, and the nonprofit sector. She has worked for a nonprofit organisation (2021-2023), as an officer for social-cultural planning and cultural welfare projects. As a research fellow at the Department of Management, Ca’ Foscari University of Venice (2017-2020), she has worked on EU innovation projects on the relationships between arts, business and culture.

She works mainly on European territorial cooperation projects (Interreg); corporate education projects; digital innovation calls and projects for SMEs; consulting for the nonprofit sector and cultural organisations.
