Francesca is an expert with an academic background and experience in the fields of environment and sustainable development. She holds a PhD in Agricultural Economics from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and a master degree in Economics and Banking from the University of Udine, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of both technical and economic aspects. Since 2015, Francesca has been a founding partner and president of eFrame ltd, where she coordinates and manages research and European territorial cooperation projects focusing on environmental accounting, natural resource management, ecosystem services, and cost-benefit analysis in collaboration with research centers and environmental agencies.
